By accessing or using mishogi.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
mishogi.app is a year planning application that provides:
- Annual goal setting and tracking
- Quarterly objectives with milestones
- Calendar event management
- Cloud synchronization across devices
3. User Accounts
To use mishogi.app, you must:
- Provide a valid email address for authentication
- Maintain one account per person
- Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier of mishogi.app includes the following limitations:

These limitations may change. We will notify users of any changes that affect existing content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the security of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
6. User Content
Regarding the content you create in mishogi.app:
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of your data (events, goals, notes)
- License: You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service
- No claims: We do not claim ownership of any content you create
- Export: You can export your data at any time using the backup feature
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by mishogi.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Service Availability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any data loss or corruption
- We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months
Use the Service at your own risk. We recommend regularly backing up your data using the export feature.
10. Termination
By Us:
- We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms
- We may terminate accounts that have been inactive for extended periods
- We will provide notice when possible before termination
By You:
- You may delete your account at any time
- Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
